The speech was about 'creativity'. Creativity is a production and fun but not reproduction, easy or magic. People now want people with creativity. How can we be creative people?
There is a myth that says alcohol and drugs increase creativity. Maybe only a little bit might but it won't work if you drink too much. However, choosing a random word and eye shifting might help you with creativity.Also structures, money(too focused) and phone(too distracted) might decrease your creativity.
To conclude you should remember you shouldn't be so creative sometimes.
